Tariff Council: Increase in Petrol Prices is Not Expected in Azerbaijan Again

Agshin Rafigoghlu; The prices of gasoline and other fuels in Azerbaijan are not expected to be increased again, the Tariff (price) Council told APA-Economics.

”The prices of gasoline and other fuels in the country were increased in December last year. The Council has not received proposals for raising prices again. Therefore, an increase is not expected in the country,“ said the Tariff Council.

Note that ”musavat.com“ reported that the gas stations in the southern region are not allowed to fill the fuel tanks of vehicles more than 6-7 liters of petrol or diesel in amount of AZN 5 without explaining its reasons. There are long queues in front of the stations. Drivers...
