Icrc Reveals Number of People Missing in Nagorno Karabakh Conflict

She said the missing people’s relatives directly addressed the ICRC Delegation in Azerbaijan and informed them about the situation: ”The State Commission has different criteria. Their relatives and families can appeal to the state agencies and those people will be registered as missing. Therefore, there is a difference between the lists of ICRC and the State Commission.
