Parliamentarian From Party of Regions: “civil War is Happening in Kiev” - Exclusive

Parliamentarian from Ukraine's ruling Party of Regions Vadim Kolesnichenko told APA that the recent deadly unrests upset him. The parliamentarian blamed one of the opposition leaders, UDAR Party chairman Vitali Klitschko for the unrests, accused him of fulfilling the "task he was given in Berlin on Monday".

Vadim Kolesnichenko said civil war like the one during Arab Spring is happening in Kiev. "Those who have started the war can not be called democratic leaders. This is not democracy, this is extremism with the face of fascism. They fire at the unarmed police, kill them," he said.
