Death Toll Rises to 6 in Beirut Bombing

The casualties in a car bomb explosion in Bir El Abd neighborhood in the southern suburbs of Beirut on Thursday rose to six killed at least and more than 70 injured, the health ministry said, APA reports quoting Xinhua.

The Lebanese army said in a statement that the car bomb detonated at about 4:10 p.m. local time (1210 GMT) in Haret al- Harayk's Areed Street.
