Azerbaijan to Increase Upper Limit of Imprisonment
The upper limit of imprisonment as well as the period of punishments collected on to the sum of judgment will be increased.
In this regard, it’s offered to make amendments to article #55.4 of the Criminal Code and an annex to article # 66.3 in accordance with this amendment, Azerbaijani Parliament told APA.
